Booking and Quotations

All quotations provided by Marquee Vision are based on the information supplied by the client at the time of enquiry.

Quotations may change if event details change, including:

• event location
• event date
• guest numbers
• marquee size or structure type
• additional equipment or infrastructure

A booking is confirmed once the client has accepted the quotation and any required deposit or written confirmation has been received by Marquee Vision.

Site Access and Installation Requirements

Clients must ensure that the event site is accessible and suitable for marquee installation.

This includes ensuring:

• sufficient access for installation vehicles
• adequate space for the marquee structure
• clear access to the installation area
• safe ground conditions for installation

If a site assessment identifies limitations that affect installation, adjustments to the quotation or event plan may be required.

Installation and Dismantling

The installation schedule will be arranged in advance of the event.

Most event marquee installations take place one to three days before the event, depending on the size of the structure and equipment required.

After the event has finished, the marquee and any associated equipment will be dismantled and removed from the site by the Marquee Vision team.

Equipment and Infrastructure

Marquee installations may include additional event infrastructure such as:

• flooring and carpets
• interior linings
• lighting systems
• heating equipment
• power distribution
• staging or dance floors

The equipment supplied will depend on the services agreed in the event quotation.

Weather Conditions

Marquee structures are designed to operate safely in normal weather conditions.

However, extreme weather conditions may affect the installation schedule or require adjustments to the event setup to maintain safety.

Marquee Vision reserves the right to make reasonable decisions regarding installation or equipment adjustments in order to ensure safe operation of the structure.

Damage and Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring that the hired equipment is treated with reasonable care during the hire period.

Clients may be responsible for damage caused by:

• misuse of equipment
• negligence by guests or third parties
• unauthorised alterations to the installation

Any damage identified after the event may result in repair or replacement charges.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies will be outlined in the event quotation or hire agreement.

Depending on the stage of the booking, cancellation may result in partial or full charges to cover planning, equipment reservation or installation preparation.

Liability

Marquee Vision will take reasonable care in the delivery of marquee hire, installation and event infrastructure services.

However, the company cannot accept liability for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including:

• severe weather conditions
• restricted access to the event site
• delays caused by third-party suppliers

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

Any personal information collected during enquiries or bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information collected may be used for event planning, quotations and service delivery.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
