Public Liability Insurance

Public liability insurance is maintained to cover our operations during the delivery, installation and removal of marquee structures and associated event equipment. Further information about service responsibilities and client obligations can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

This helps ensure that appropriate protection is in place while our team is working on site and while structures are installed for an event.

Many venues require suppliers to hold adequate public liability cover before installation work can begin, and we are able to provide documentation when requested.

Equipment Standards

All marquee structures and related equipment are maintained to appropriate operational standards.

Equipment is inspected and prepared before installation to ensure it is suitable for safe use during events.

This includes:

• structural components of marquee frames
• anchoring and securing systems
• flooring and platform systems
• lighting and electrical equipment

Maintaining equipment standards helps ensure that installations operate safely throughout the event period.

Installation Practices

Marquee installations are carried out by experienced personnel who follow established installation procedures.

During installation we ensure that:

• structures are positioned appropriately for the event site
• anchoring systems are installed securely
• equipment is handled safely during setup and removal
• installation areas remain organised and safe for staff and suppliers

Where required, installations are coordinated with venues, event planners and other suppliers to ensure the event setup proceeds smoothly.

Working with Venues and Event Organisers

Many venues require suppliers to meet certain insurance and safety requirements before work can take place on site.

Marquee Vision works cooperatively with venues and event organisers to provide the documentation required for event planning and installation approval.

This may include insurance confirmation or relevant operational information relating to the installation.
